30 mins of upper body work out on My Fitness Coach tonight. I'm still sick, but I took 4 tylenol, ate a fruit bar (to numb my throat so I could breath) took some chloroseptic max (which works WONDERS) and had at it!
I didn't work out yesterday.

I have to run my father's buisness while he is out of the country. I am not sure how to fit my workout into HIS crazie schedule. I think I will go home and workout for my lunch break. Bla!
Tue. I did nothing, but chase my 14 mon th old around the house. That has to count for something. Yesterday I did another 40 mins on the Treadmill @ 3.5 mph and 4 for the incline during my lunch and tonight after baby is in bed I plan on doing my ZUMBA Dvd for the first time. Hope I don't bring the house down!

I would like to start this thread. Hope one comes out tomorrow, the 16th. Food always goes well for me but exercise tends to be on and then off. Look forward to seeing you soon. DCM
