  • Swimming's my fave, because I don't get hot and sweaty... In fact, it doesn't even feel like I'm doing anything. LOVE THAT!

    I walk for the majority of my exercise... Learning to like it more & more. (will prolly love it when the weather is cooler!)

    Until I injured my leg, I was learning to love running--hopefully will be back at it next week!

    Now that I've knocked out the intimidation factor, I'm really enjoying weightlifting and learning proper technique for using free weights
  • Running like, 2 miles. For me it's the perfect distance. It's not too hard, but I get a good workout, and I enjoy myself.
  • I love aerobics and jumping rope. I also love to swim, but I haven't done any swimming in awhile.
  • My two favs have to be running and step-aerobics.
    I also like most cardio machines in the gym except the bike bores me for some reason, and I like strength training and swimming.
    Trying my first Fitball class today and hoping that that is going to be a new love.
  • I love walking, running (sort of love/hate like somebody else said - have to get past the inertia factor) and yoga!
  • I loove step aerobics!
