  • Weighed in at 136 on the dot. A little down from my weigh in last Monday even with being away from the gym since the 6th. Here is to 134 AT LEAST by next Monday...
  • 148.8 for like 3 days now---so i'm safely under 150!!!! finally i've been bouncing around there for like forever now i'm on my way down through the 140s ---hows everyone else doing
  • Congrats you guys!!! Great results this week! I hate to say that I went from 130 to 130.6...I knew I wasn't going to be losing any since I slacked a bit over the weekend. I had to pack and come back to school...which is gonna kick my BUTT this semester! Ugh...

    But I'm all settled in and went grocery shopping at the produce market today and stocked up on tons of fresh fruits and veggies! I'm about to start my meal plan for the week...I know I'm a little late, but hey, I had other things to worry about!
  • Okay. 183. No weight change. I guess that's better than gaining. Ho-hum.

  • Okay, Two days ago i weighed in at 227!!!! but when I stepped on the scale today I was at 230.6, so it must have been a fluke(lol). But I have lost another 3 pounds!!!!!!!!!

    so for activities I did ---33 min elliptical ----30 min weight lifting---today-- yesterday i walked around the mall for about 5 hours and cleaned the house for an hour (did dishes and laundry)
