the best thing is it is real peanuts but no fat.. and at 58 cal per 2 tbls. I can have a wonderful PB and J sandwich without guilt.. I also sprinkle it on my oatmeal.. use it on Vitamuffins... in a peanut sauce over chicken ....stuffed into celery........ I just love.....it.. adds more protein without the calories
and it taste just like peanut butter.. I make the chocolate PB2 on low fat graham crackers.......
and like someone else said.. you just add some water and mix.. that is it.......
