Thursday stayed mostly on plan, made a huge salad for dinner that came in 100 calories less than I had budgeted in for it, so I had a cup of White Hot Chocolate cocoa (90 cals!

). We just got in an order of new k-cups for our Keurig and White Chocolate Cocoa was one of the ones I added to the assortment box!
Friday plan:
Exercise - today is my off day this week, unless I get home from work early, then 30 minutes on elliptical.
B: Smoothie, eggnog spice flavored coffee with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp fat free french vanilla creamer
S: light string cheese, broccoli left over from salads
L: grilled chicken sandwich no mayo or maybe small BLT no mayo
S: Kashi Go Lean
S: Apple
D: Chargrilled & Fruit Salad from CFA
S: Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal cookie, maybe some chocolate milk with it if there is room
