    32 mushrooms
    12 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Garlic & Herb
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
    Italian (or other) Seasoning to taste

    Unwrap cheeses and place in microwave for 30sec to minute to soften. Combine together crumbs, seasoning, mushroom stems and cheese. Take spoonfuls and fill mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps filling side up on UNGREASED cookie sheet. Cook 20 min at 400 degrees Farenheit or until stuffing is lightly browned on top. Let cool, then serve.
  • Weezle these sound good. Something dh would eat. I will try them this week for sure
  • Fresh morel mushrooms cooked in a bit of butter with a bit of salt & pepper. The fungus of the gods!
