I just wanted to say, i SO can relate. Every single month without fail the day before I get my period, when I wake up in the morning it looks like I'm several months pregnant. I know with water weight the best way to get rid of it is to drink more water, because it flushes a lot of it out of your system. I guess you could try drinking a lot more a couple days before your period and see if that works. Actually...I might have to try that myself!
