    I gained one pound back of the two I lost, but hoped on the scale today, and have lost 5. I'm in a size 14 now!! 45 pounds to go!!

    Yeah... I can join you in your small celebration. Today is my 2 lb. loss as well and I'm exstatic! Time to put in the perserverance for MORE loss!!!

    It felt great to try to go shopping this weekend. I noticed that I could almost fit into a size 14. It makes me want to really work out more.
