once i get the OK from my doc i'm doing this... i have to heal my knee but i'm excited to try to get this done and start to run again... and be able to say i can run a 5k

I would like to join up and do this. I just started the coach to 5k in hopes of doing the turkey trot here in Austin. Ours will be Thanksgiving Day.

I tell everyone I am doing 5K's and they are impressed AND I get to tell them about 3FC. This has been the best thing for me. Keep up the 5K's so I can be impressive.
