October Goals

Go to
  • 1. Eat around 1500-1700 calories per day.
    2. Get under 200 lbs.
    3. Excercise 1500 minutes minimum
    4. Run 6 miles in less then an hour
  • Goals:

    1. At least 30 minutes per day on wii fit.
    2. No fast food.
    3. Lose 7 pounds!
  • OK, I'm so in.

    1. Lose 4 pounds
    2. Gym 5x a week, add more strength training
    3. Stay within my calories! (I'm going to try to only cheat Columbus Day weekend when I travel to Chicago. Will be a challenge for sure.)

    Workout 3X a week
    Keep within my calories (1.500 - 1.600)
    Drink more water
    Limit cheat night to thursdays and thursdays only. I am giving myself permission to enjoy a meal with my dad and boyfriend on thursdays but not permission to ruin the whole week
    Explore at least one Hungry Girl menu item a week
  • My Goals Are:

    1. Be in the 140's
    2. Write down everything I eat
    3. Be binge free
    4. Stay away from high GI foods
  • 1. Lose 9 lbs
    2. Continue to cut out bad stuff (like MSG which is proving to be very difficult since it's in everything from chicken broth to mrs. dash)
    3. Take supplements/vitamins everyday
  • 1) To keep my blood sugar in tighter range (Type 1 diabetic)
    2) Go to the gym 3 times a week, one of those days must be a weekend
    3)Start my Calorie diary again, to keep my calroies under 1500 a day. :-)
    4) My vacation starts the last week in October, so I just hope to feel good by then :-)

    My October goals are:
    1) Keep up my levels of motivation/determination (visiting this site will definitely help!)

    2) Drop 8 lbs. (a biggie for me since I haven't been below 135 in ages, but lack of consistency and bingeing are to blame)

    3) Have a binge free month (this will be a toughie with all of the occasions - many birthdays and most importantly the DH & my 2 year anniversary - and Halloween of course)

    4) Work out (in some way shape or form) 5 days a week.

    Here goes nothing!

  • My goals will be to lose 7 lbs, get more exercise and make sure I drink enough water.
  • October Goals:

    *Loose 8 lbs (Down to 120!!!)
    *Get a Job (Running low on money!)
    *Workout at least 30 min a day!
  • My goals for October:
    Complete my Nike+ goals (had it 4 months, never completed a goal yet!)
    Start JM 30 Shred on October 5 and stick with it
    Eat more fresh produce
    No Pringles! (my number one binge food right now)
    No eating past 7 pm unless I am socializing (trust me, it's the extra calories I eat by myself that are the problem)
    Be "overweight" by BMI standards (158 lbs)

    Get to at least 185/lose 6 pounds
    Start going to at least two classes at the gym regularly
    Start bringing my lunch from home
  • Get to the 180's

    Elliptical machine 5x/week & Pilates 3x/week

    More protein & fiber, less salt!

    Drink water - especially on the weekends
