    plan for Sunday:

    B: greek yogurt w/ fruit and agave
    L: PB&J, cheddar bunnies, grapes
    D: pasta/veggie/bean dish

  • i was off plan today, too. Dang it! Better tomorrow, right? Monday is always a good day to start fresh.

    yep cher, new avatar! =) i made one of those virtual model things so I can have an image of how good I will look at my goal weight!

    Monday 9/22 food plan:
    B: eggs w/ red pepper and onion, 1/2 "naked" fruit smoothie
    L: PB&J, cheddar bunnies, grapes
    S: pretzels
    D: Lentil soup, wasa crackers, strawberries

    I made enchiladas tonight with the goal being to have them for a few meals this week, but after eating some (after having binged all morning) i feel sick and the idea of eating them again this week makes me completely nauseas. I hope it passes, because I will be really upset if I end up throwing them out!!

    L: veg soup, 1/2 multigrain bagel, 1tsp butter, 1Tbsp lite cream cheese
    + 45 min. walk w. dog
    S#1: apple
    1 margarita w. neighbour
    S#2: 1 muffin
    D: 3 oz roasted chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup fruit cocktail
    + 45 min. walk w. son & dog
    S: 1 skinny cow

    Tomorrow Oct 12 (I'm a calorie counter and stay around 1800 a day)

    B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 muesli wasabread, 1 banana
    s- rice cake
    L-1.5 cups homemade chicken stew and spinach salad with onion, grape tomato's cukes and roasted red pepper/parm dressing
    s- 1/4 cup raw peanuts
    D- 1 cup ww pasta, 1 cup homemade meat/veggie sauce, 1 cup caesar salad and one piece garlic bread (all homemade)
    s- 100 cal smart popcorn and fruit cup
