  • I use a plain ol notebook to track everything. then I come on line and brag. If I wanted to generate a graph I'd just do it on my excel.
  • I use CalorieKing to track my food, exercise, and weight.
  • I use www.my-calorie-counter.com....which is part of everydayhealth.com now I think. It suits my needs well, in that I can input my food and exercise and even has a little message board to go along with it. It was one of the first sites I found when originally looking for calorie counting sites and it's pretty easy to use.
  • I guess I am ocd..I have notebooks for everthing !
    so I write everything down in a happy bunny notebook.
    And the nutrasystem website,which I stopped using in favor of calorie counting,calorie king, and several others...
  • Wow! Thanks everyone. I used to use Calorie King, but my membership ended and I don't want to pay just to use the record keeper.

    Maybe I'll try a planner and one of the online graphs some of you mentioned.
