Thanks again everyone! The dinner was wonderful. I had scallops in vanilla bean champagne sauce, a mixed greens salad with strawberry champagne vinaigrette, a few spoonfuls of DH's french onion soup, red snapper with black rice and julienned veggies, two glasses of wine, and a chocolate mousse dessert. Yummmmmmmmy!
