  • I made my second day yesterday as I had more than 3 bottles of water(about 3 1/2), didn't use any points, and got in all my 8's. Had to make a smoothie to get in the remainder of my milk & fruits. But 2 days down, 2 to go. Doing good today as well. We'll see if I make it today.

    Go, everybody, go.

    I ate well until 4PM when I caved to a pizza slice with a friend.

    I drank enough.

    I didn't do aerobics but did do a lot of floor exercises.

    So, not a goal day, but not awful.
  • Completed day 3 of the challenge yesterday as I drank over 3 bottles of water, only used points and got in all my 8's. Had to have a smoothie last night to complete my milk and a few fruits and oil, but I did it.

    I'm sure today will complete day 4 of my challenge. I already have all my water in, I only used 3 points so far, and I only need to get in 1 more milk and my oil to get in my 8's. I will probably just drink a glass of milk(I love milk) and make some popcorn tonight and put my oil on that.

    Good thing because tomorrow I'm sure I will use more than 3 points, as we are having a potluck lunch for a co-workers birthday and one girl is bringing sloppy joes(I will bring my own 1 point bun), someone is bringing fruit and I am bringing the core kfc coleslaw and I'm not sure what everyone else is bringing, but I will try to only eat a sloppy joe(I'm sure the meat won't be extra lean, but I think she is using the diet coke sloppy joe recipe so the ingredients will be core, just not the meat), the coleslaw and fruit. I'll see if anything else is core, but I should be ok, since I've only used 3 points so far(my week starts on Thursday).
  • My only challenge this week was to dring 3 bottles of water, and I can't even manage to do that! AAAAAAARGH
  • Well, I completely fell off the wagon Wed and Thurs. I really hate TOM. I'm off to go camping so this weekend will probably be a bust also. But come Monday I'm back on track I swear.

    Sloan - water is sometimes the hardest thing of all. At least for me I hate drinking water. It was easier when I talked all day because talking made me thirsty so I'd drink it then but now.....

    I didn't do any yesterday because I was still sore from Tuesday! I had used weights on my legs and really messed myself up.

    I did the today, but certainly used more than three points. (WI is Friday so I can legitimately use more, but I still like trying to stay with 3, as impossible as that is turning out to be!)

    Well, I've still got 2 days left to try to do all three right things at once

    This is fun for me actually.
  • Thursday I did drink all my water, only used 3 points and got in all my 8's so I completed the challenge. I will still try to keep going throughout the weekend. I had a lot more than 3 points on friday, I did get my water in but I don't think I got all my 8's in. So friday was a bomb. We went out for dinner and I had a few drinks and a few deep fried green beans and a roll, but had a steak and salad w/ff dressing, so I wasn't totally bad. I really wanted to order the fried chicken, but I decided the fried green beans and roll was enough. Plus the drinks. But today will be better. Even though I've already completed the challenge, I will try to keep it up for the weekend.

    I've used my three points for the day; been drinking water; and did 30 minutes of aerobics. So far, so good today.

    I hope I keep it up...I'm supposed to go to a party, but I might skip it. I'd never resist all the food!!!!
