This may be a sign that I need to increase my calories. It seems so counter-intuitive, to eat more to lose weight, but I have been hungry all week. Maybe I should eat a bigger breakfast--my breakfast is pretty small, and eating more first thing in the morning may help curb cravings and that vague "hungry feeling" that I've had all week.
You know, I've been wondering about the same kind of thing for myself. By the time I can eat in the evening (around 6) I just want to eat whatever is handy. If I eat more often and more to start with in the morning maybe I will lose faster.
I really don't get this, since I'm knee-deep in my TOM and I feel like i'm eating everything in sight. But maybe i just WANT to eat everything in sight. Hmmm.
205.4 today. Biking and lifting wtt--I don't hate it and I've been doing it consistently. Sticking with the soft calorie count. Still craving sugar, but so far able to stick with fruit and a little ice cream.
