Breakfast was turkey bacon, a tomato, and a part skim mozzerella cheese string with coffee and sweetner. It was all I could manage feeling this way....
It really seems like you are light on the veggies. - When I have eggs for breakfast it usually also involves tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, mushrooms and maybe onions with my eggs. - you could also have steamed asparagus on the side.
You could have a snack of hummus with bell pepper or light laughing cow cheese with celery. - I prefer to have my nuts as a snack in the evening but I am typically in my car at that time so that is just the easiest thing for me to take along. - I keep single servings of nuts in the car so I don't get carried away.

Yes I will buy some more veggies today. Good idea on the nuts, my first time on the SBD I would count out my nuts into zippies as they are easy to overdo. Thank you for the replies...
