    I'm late starting I hope it's OK to join in?

    The hardest things for me will be exercise and water I think.

    Water goal is 60 ounces per day
    Food goal is to stick within daily calorie allowance
    Exercise goal is to DO SOMETHING!

    Some of this is retrospective but I have a record for all of August so I'll jot it down here.

  • Oh so much stress in my life currently but I have got to get back in the swing of things so here I am... better late than never.

    Food: 1600 calories a day or less
    Water: at least 2 liters a day
    Exercise: 2x/week (biking/swimming/strength training - all limited due to broken foot... ugh!)
    Goal for remainder of August: 67 points (80% on plan)

    I can't start on August 1st because I was still eating unhealthy foods. I will start on Friday August 8th, 2008.

    Food: I don't count calories. Cutting down on sweets/no sodas/no juices except natural juices (fresh squeeze).

    Water: 64 ounces of day.

    Exercise: Treadmill 20 minutes every other day at work. Walk 40 minutes 3 times a week.
