Thanks! It has been alittle over a year or so for the weight to go.. I lost 30 then gained some then lost some.. But these last couple of months have been real serious and I lost 20 YAY. I am so pumped and this diet is soo much easier to work with than atkins that I know I will get to my goal.

I really need to buy clothes LOL.. My too small jeans I bought that were on clearance awhile ago (who can pass up 7 dollars old navy jeans) Now are loose on me I Am down to one sorry dull black.. more like grey gym pants due to washing them every day and most of my shirts just hang on me.

I rave to everyone about this site.. and about South Beach. I really feel like it isn't hard to stick to the plan. I very rarely crave anything bad.. I don't even freak for chocolate at my TOM.

I love coming here and just reading and laughing and knowing that other women are going through what I am and are here to help me continue my weight loss journey.
