What "sin(s)" did you keep?

  • Oh, me too on the coffee. I drink tons of it...with chicory...But put skim milk in it, so calorie wise it's ok...just probably way too much caffeine.

    Since I'm maintaining now, I do have "no-no" stuff occasionally..very occasionally...like sushi. Went to a party last night where there was NOTHING that was SBD friendly, so I just ate a tiny bit of everything and don't feel "guilty" this morning. As long as "cheats" are rare, I don't worry about them.

    i still don't weigh or measure.

    also I tend to always indulge when going out....
  • My major one is alcohol. I've been using diet mixers and such to try and keep the calories down instead of fruit juices and sugary sweet mixers. Vodka and diet coke is my new drink. I also had a strawberry vodka tonic which was decent. And I only allow myself to have a drink on Friday or Saturday. Never during the week.

    I'm staying away from the beer though.
  • Now that I am on phase 2 and can have popcorn I still have about a tble of butter on it.......that is one of my few indulgences....yummy
  • Way too much caffeine in the form of coffee and Coke Zero!

    I plan on eating corn on the cob since I just bought some at farmer's market. I do taste the dough if I'm baking cookies or cakes for the family. I am usually satisfied with just a taste though. Going to a rib festival today so I might have to sample a little bit.
  • Thank you all for sharing your "sin(s)". I'm glad to know I'm not the only one bending a rule or two. I'm trying to stick as close as I can to the diet, but once in awhile you have to say "I deserve this." and for me, I deserve to enjoy my coffee!!!!!!
  • Full Fat Cheese (when it's at our favorite cheese shop, or the restaurant we go to has a good cheese plate), Ketchup (due to the cost), & too much wine (when I play our monthly poker game). And I will induldge in creamer when I'm somewhere other than home and work.
  • Chinese food every Friday night. I won't eat the fried or heavily starched sauces, or rice, BUT I kept my egg roll.
  • Some lower fat, (but not reduced fat) cheeses, like Feta and Goat.

    REAL Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. My mother would roll over in her grave if I used anything but authentic parmesan. (just a sprinkle!)

    I'm scared to death to have anything else off plan in fear of triggering a binge; now that I have my cravings under control I'm very carefully to keep it there. For me this method of eating is more about being in control and less about loosing weight. I need to loose a significant amount of weight but I cannot do it if I don't have the cravings in check.
  • I have way too much diet soda in the summer months and too much coffee in the winter months. I also eat watermelon and corn in the summer every few weeks or so. I probably drink more wine than I should on most weekends.
  • my sins are diet caffine dr pepper (was trying to finish what was in the house) need to drink more water...but soda is gone now so back to my water...I love the flavored zero calorie water from walmart...and butter spray...is it allowed?
  • Caffeine for sure in whatever form it comes in.....coffee, diet soda, etc.... and the occasional ribeye....oh how i love them medium rare! oh and a few semi-sweet chocaloate chips here and there to satisfy that sweet tooth. Glad I'm not the only one who allows indulgences here and there.
  • I definitely use hot sauce more than "sparingly" and go a little crazy with my soy sauce, too...
  • I have not limited my caffeine and still use SF Coffeemate. I just haven't found any replacement that tastes as good.
