Oh, me too on the coffee. I drink tons of it...with chicory...But put skim milk in it, so calorie wise it's ok...just probably way too much caffeine.
Since I'm maintaining now, I do have "no-no" stuff occasionally..very occasionally...like sushi. Went to a party last night where there was NOTHING that was SBD friendly, so I just ate a tiny bit of everything and don't feel "guilty" this morning. As long as "cheats" are rare, I don't worry about them.
