  • School was definitely rough, but the sh** your parents say to you can be worse. Because you care so much about what they think! I remember standing in the fitting room at a department store, crying, because mom was telling me that nothing fit me and that if I didn't lose weight I couldnt have any clothes. I always felt like they were embarrassed of me. I'm trying to learn that maybe they were, but that's not my problem.
  • I'm sorry you are hurting. Honestly, most everyone took crap about something in high school. Even the ones who picked on you while looking like they held it all together.

One question for you, though. Since high school, do you know what those b*****s are up to those days? Yep, people of the mindset who don't change their ways tend to get stuck in life. Be glad that you are taking control of your life and doing something about your weight. Do not let your past determine your future like those girls did. Sit back, enjoy the ride of losing weight, and the rest will come. Just stay focused, eat a healthy diet, and exercise. At worst, you won't lose a lot of weight but you sure will feel better about yourself.
