Yesterday I drank the water and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
Today I drank the water and did not walk.
According to my scale, I have lost at least 1/2 pound, so I have met all three of the parts of my challenge
By the way, I thought I posted this already, maybe I did on the chat post, but I didn't care for the Kale recipe that I tried. It was not good, to me at least. I will try kale again, in another recipe. It just seems like a different kind of lettuce, to me. I wouldn't mind adding it to a salad, but I think I will like kale, just not the recipe I used.
