Thanks everyone for your kind words and encouragement. I can already tell that re-reading this thread is going to be a great pick-me-up when I'm feeling down.

For the first time in I don't know how many years, I'm looking at a picture of myself without wincing or feeling disgusted with myself. I'm tearing up as I write this, because it's such an amazing thing to look at myself and be proud of what I've done with my body.
