  • I'm so disappointed! Got on the scale Saturday morning and I still weigh 195!!!
    My clothes feel looser and I thought for sure I dropped a few more pounds. How disappointing!

    But I know I can't let this get me down. That was one of the downfalls on my last diet. So I don't want to go backwards.

    With adding more exercise to my routine, I am sure that will be a big factor in all this.

    OH! Thanks for all the warm welcomes.

  • I completed 35 minutes of exercise today. hope I can keep this up. Pray I see the scale move down this Saturday.
