Oh, November, you ARE so pretty, absolutely radiant and very photogenic. I too can see the difference. Of course we can, nearly 30 lbs is nearly 30 lbs. That is going to show. Your face is more defined and your midsection is much, much smaller. And yes, the haircut is extremely flattering! You keep up the good work! Your victories are OURS!!!

Thank you all again. I have been a member here since November of 2007 (hence the name......by the way, my name is Jessica), but haven't been active in it untill I really started making the effort to change my life. Now I find myself quite addicted. I could read peoples posts over and over.
I am truely thankful for all the wonderful comments. My self esteem has always been very low----at least as far as my appearance goes. I look back at pictures from my teenage years when I was about 160 or so and remember feeling just as bad about myself as I did a 330. I wish I had more confidence back then, and I really want it now. It feels fantastic to be dropping sizes and I recently been finding myself going to stores just to try on clothes------I dreaded shopping in the past.
Ok.........I could go on.......but I'll stop for now. I am so thankful for 3FC and all of you!
