  • They do say that the first week or 2 it's just water stores but the replacement meals have all the nutrition you need for the day. Actually my muscles have become more clear as the fat around it dissapears, especially on my arms. I'm sure if it was dangerous my gp wouldn't reccomend it
  • just stay safe hun ok x
  • Thanks Paula I know your just trying to help
  • I feel Thin
Well Day 8 And finally I am feeling that this is worth while Cravings seem less today and getting to my ideal size has me excited. I feel thinner and I look it too, all my size 16's are getting loose and baggy. I will be switching from this to the cambridge diet next week because I find the food on lipotrim tases awfull and have been told from a lot of people this one is better. www.cambridgediet.ie I will also get a counsellor to meet each week. So onwards and upwards

  • Day 9
I really didn't think i'd make it this far! today was up and down. I had to go to the supermarket to do some shopping and I just wanted to eat something anything. But I survived and had a nice evening. I'll be busy tomorrow too and there will be cookies and sweets so i'll have to be strong. My scales weighed me at exactly 78kg this morning...

Thanks to everyone who is following my progress

  • Hard Times Ahead.
Well just a quick update since the last post here! I've lost 12lbs in the first 3 weeks and I am so pleased with that. It's only now ppl are starting to see it and I am getting a lot of compliments

I decided to break my diet friday evening and had a meal with some friends. I got advice from my counsellor first and I've done well, my weight has stayed the same Phew!!

From next week my challenge gets thougher as I have to start a course of progestergen for 3 month to hopefully shrink my endometroisis, if it does not work i'll need an operation in september. The side effects worry me as bloating and weight gain are only a few so we'll see how it goes. I will however moniter my inches because I think they should still drop...

    Thats all for now

  • Congratulations! Normally I would agree with Paula, but from the sound of it you are not using this as a permanent weight loss plan, so I think it could be a great way to jump-start your loss, especially if suggested by a GP.

How much longer do you plan to continue?
  • Hiya

I'll be doing it for 2 more weeks then I'll have a week with a dinner in it and then 4 more weeks after that so thats 6 more weeks and then I hope to loose the last stone while on the maintance plan. But this is a permanent weight loss plan you can look up cambridge diet it has many plans in it

  • well done on your progress so far, how much do you pay each week for this? i wanted to do it but thought it was quite expensive, especially since i would have to buy most of the shopping i buy every week anyway for my fiancee, did you get a discount or something for getting it through your gp?
