  • You look super...and I love the hair cut too....tres chic!!!!!
  • You look great!! That's a big difference there chickie!
  • Thanks for the compliments chicks

I had a hard time getting my pics to load because of the size of them. These aren't the best but they are the only ones I could get to load. Dh said he will take a better current pic of me this weekend before we go out
  • Gonna, you are gorgeous, girl! Look at that tiny waist!

You've done so incredibly well! So many people would have let those tough times stop them, but you didn't! That alone is worth celebrating! I know you might be thinking that you didn't lose as much as you wanted, but think about how much you would have GAINED if you'd not been so focused! I bet you've "lost" a lot more compared to where you would have been without your dedication.

You're an inspiration, girl! Just wait until you get to next year...there will be SO many reasons to celebrate! BTW, I think getting into a M/L size is a HUGE accomplishment!!!!

BTW, if you store your photos in a free hosting site like www.photobucket.com, you don't have to worry about the size and uploading. I don't know about other sites, but on Photobucket, the code for the picture is right there under every photo--you just copy the code for bulletin boards and then paste it into your post and, voila, you have your photo!
  • Congratulations and good for you. You are very strong and have wonderful determination. Good luck on the rest of your journey.
  • Thanks Laurie! I guess when we are going through things we don't see it the way you explained it and your so right I could have gained 15 or more instead of lost. I want to give you a big THANK YOU! as you have changed my whole thought pattern of being down on myself as I was thinking all along I should have done more/should have done better.

Thanks for the heads up on the photo site - it's just what I need
  • You look awesome!! you are an inspiration for us!! You went through so much and haven't given up. Great job!! You can keep it up, we know you will!! Incredible!!
  • Great pics! You look fantastic!
  • WOW you look amazing. Keep up the good work. I will second Lauries suggestion on using photo bucket. Thats the one I use all the time, it is soooo easy. Have a great day.
  • i admire your tenacity and strength especially in the face of such adversity! you go, girl!!
  • You look AMAZING!
  • Congrats gonnabe165
I know how you feel. I always used to say before I began dieting "for real" last fall that my life had to be calm before I could really focus on dieting. Well, that rule had to be thrown out the window within a month. Life goes on no matter what so we owe it to ourselves to eat healthy and love ourselves while it goes along, right?

I have had some starts and stops in the past 4 1/2 months on SBD but I too am not quitting. How can you quit eating healthy? I mean, what other choice is there? To me that is a no-brainer. I can't imagine eating any other way. I really mean that.

God bless your efforts and your determination. You are already a winner, sweetie, go ahead, crow a little---we'll stand behind you and be your chorus!
  • Good for you Gonna. You have done a great job. I know how hard it is to lose a parent to brain/lung cancer (lost my Mom because of it), but you have really been through it with so much more this past year. You are one strong girl and you look great. No doubt that you will reach your goal.
