  • 40 minutes walking

    Group Total: 270 + 40 = 310
  • 90 mins treadmill, 30 mins strength training

    Group total: 310 + 120 = 430
  • 55 minutes Jillian backside

    Group Total: 430 + 55 = 485
  • I'm not setting a fixed goal this month (first time ever!). May is my busiest month, but I think if I set a low goal I won't work past it.... and if I set a too big goal. I think I can do at least 800 min, but let's see.

    Anyway, 90 min (all walking) so far.

    Group total ~ 485 + 90 = 575 min
  • I am not setting a specific exercise goal either. In general, my goal will be do to something on most days.

    I walked yesterday and this morning for a total of 65 minutes so far.

    GROUP TOTAL 575 + 65 = 640
  • 70 min at the gym!

    Group total ~ 640 + 70 = 710 min
  • 40 minutes walking

    Group Total: 710 + 40 = 750
  • A lovely walk in the rain today.

    750 + 30 = 780
  • fell short in more than one way last month.....so this month my goal will be 300mins

  • Walked for 35 minutes this morning.

    GROUP TOTAL 810 + 30 = 845
  • I'm brand new to this group...I'm going to start with 600 minutes for the month. Good luck to all!

  • 30 min walking outside. I love spring!
