Hi Amy
Like you I was also successful with WW, in fact 62lbs and I reached my goal weight, maintained for 3 years and then my life fell apart and I gained it ALL back.
So, 1) You HAVEN'T gotten so far as so many of us have, that is you haven't gained it all back. 2) You HAVE the tools and the choice to do it, 3) Mentally, yes it's hard to get back into that frame of mind (yes you have to be ready), 4) On the other hand, it's NOT that hard - make the switch, COMMIT and do it.
Write down all of the reasons that you think it's NOT the right time for you, then actually argue with yourself that these are just excuses. Write down all the reasons you WANT to do it and see how they outweigh (no pun intended!) the excuses.
WW is such a great program and really easy to do, IMHO. I joined WW probably about 10 times since I gained all my weight back (my top was 101 KG or 222 lbs 2 years ago) and probably made it back for w/i's 3 or 4 times max. I'm now doing it online, weighing at home each Sunday and PLANNING ahead at least one day so I know exactly how to attack each day in front of me.
You CAN do this. I'm now starting Week 8 from my online re-join - usually I peter out after 3 weeks (has been the trend) but I broke through it and even though I'm losing slowly, I'm LOSING and that's what counts! I also feel better, have more energy, am happier, feel more in control, etc. You can have ALL of those things too, you just have to commit and do it.
