just out of curiosity...is it still working? what is ear stapling exactly?

so I looked this up and saw a picture....
By chance.... I have a piercing in that exact spot... it never helped me to lose weight suppose a staple is different then a piercing? LOL

All ear stappling did for me was lighten the weight of my wallet 50 dollars.

I have faced the fact that weight lossis portion control, calorie counting and yes,I surrender........EXERCISE

I have lost 20 pounds in 2.5 months with exercise..Bad as I hate to admit it.

You have to work at it and quit giving you money away
