    Lunch: 1/2 a brown rice wrap, 2 thin slices turkey, 5 potato chips, carrots
    Dinner: mixed salad, roasted chicken & potatoes, steamed broccoli & carrots
    Snack: 1/2 cup granola cereal, 1/2 cup Fage yogurt, blackberries
    Dessert: miniature fruit tart, 2 pieces chocolate

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup granola cereal, 1/2 cup Fage yogurt, blackberries
    Lunch: chicken, roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli & carrots
    Snack: protein shake
    Dinner: chicken, lamb, green beans
    Dessert: small cookie
    Snack: ?

    S - banana (105), granola bar (150)
    S - peanut butter crackers (175)
    L - lean cuisine ravioli (240)
    D - papa john's pizza: 2 slices pepperoni/pineapple, one green pepper/mushroom (930)
    Total - 1865
    Exercise - powerwalked a 5k (60 mins), walked the dog (40 mins)

    Sunday 4/20
    B - oat bran (150), raisins (20), brown sugar (30), milk (85)
    S - half slice of pepper/mushroom pizza (155)
    L - pasta (200), sauce (60), cheese (30)
    S - fruit salad (80)
    D - (at passover seder) 2 cups sparkling grape juice, 2 cups wine, 1 matzoh, 1/2 C charoses, small bowl chicken broth with one matzoh ball, one piece gefilte fish, big pile of green beans, 1 C roasted potatoes, about 6oz brisket, two pieces of matzoh meal marble cake, three strawberries, two pieces of pineapple, one hazelnut truffle . . . I can't even begin to estimate the calories for this, I am way too lazy. Top of my head guess about 900 calories.
    Total - about 1710
    Exercise - 60 min (total) powerwalk with dog
