  • That's good, try unsweet with splenda. I ad a bad off program day today, but tomorrow i'm back on stronger than ever!
  • Can I just stick in a little question about sugar? Right now I have japanese seasoned seaweed in my fridge. It's really yummy and I thought healthy too. But, it does say in the ingredients [Bsugar[/B].
How do you all feel about that kind of sugar??

Well, i've been wanting to try Splenda, but it's so darn expensive. I'm on a very very very limited budget. So I guess the only thing I can do is break myself off completely from sugar. Unless their is another alternative???
  • Well...hmm, have you tried crystal light? They have some tea flavored ones. Most supermarkets have their own generic versions that are just as good! I love that stuff! The generic one I get is called Wyler's Light.

Don't mean to be a killjoy here...but...beware of Crystal Light & those Wyler's Light drink mixes. The Crystal Light tea's contain corn syrup solids, caffeine (unless specified caffeine-free) and maltodextrin and both the Crystal Light & the Wyler's Light are sweetened with aspartame.

You can make your own "flavored" tea's with decaf Celestial Seasonings tea bags...there are so many yummy flavors & sweeten it with Splenda Walmart carries their own brand of Splenda called Altern...its the same as Splenda, just not as costly.
  • I use splenda and i thought at first it was very expensive but i found that a box lasts a very long time, because you use so little. Thanks JG, I didn't realize there where any generic brands I'll have to look for Altern next time.

I love Celestial Seasonings fruit teas, too! I've started brewing some, then refridgerating them. If I want a little bit of flavor in my seltzer, I'll add some tea or if I want some flavor in my water, I do the same. If I want it a little sweet, I'll add a few drops of stevia
  • I don't really like celestial seasonings tea I had like two boxes that stayed in the cabinet for over 3 years. LOL. Thanks Anways. And I'm DEFINITELY going to check out Altern! Thanks soooo much!
