A month on the Beach already gone

  • I reached my month mark (2 weeks P1, 2 weeks P2) and I'm down from my starting point approximately 18 lbs! So I'm pretty stoked.

    I realized that I need to start doing some crunches or core workout things, because I want to have a flatter/firmer stomach, and I've a lot of flabby skin.
