3/26: OP (10) 30 minutes C25K (30), 20 minutes abs (20)

OOPS! I forgot to add my 10 for being OP yesterday, the 1st time in a few days too, and then again today. that's 20 miles closer to the cabana boys wooohoooo!

3/26 10 Miles for Being OP + 48 miles for The FIRM Tough Aerobic Mix = 58 miles
Previous total of 226 + 58 = 284 miles. I'm over half way there!!

2 Mile WATP-30 minutes
15 minute abs, back & Push ups on resistance ball
15 minute weights- Arms & back
Total 60 miles
