FitDay... OMG I can't find baked chicken breast

  • "Chicken, breast, with or without bone, roasted, skin not eaten" is the entry I usually use. If it's not in my recently entered foods, I key in chicken breast roasted and it comes up. Barbara's suggestion about working with the weight for the raw chicken is a good one.

  • This is exactly why I quit using FitDay. I used to be a database person before I became a photographer and quite frankly, FitDay's data management and database system annoys the ever-living crap out of me. It's so poorly put together and the search feature is worthless +1.

    I use Spark-people and am pretty happy with the size and structure of their database. So far there are only a small handful of things I've had to add myself and I've foudn their counts to be pretty darned accurate.
