I am so sorry for your loss. I know it has been an incredible long haul for you and your family with more stress than any one person should have to deal with long term. I do hope that some of the family issues will be able to mend themselves in the months to come.
You are an incredible person who gives so much of yourself to so many other people. When you regroup we are all here for you in whatever capacity you need.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am here for you if you ever need to talk about it. I know it's hard when you have someone that has had dementia/Altzhiemners as my grandmother did. It was very hard for me when she passed away four years ago.

I'm here for you if you need a shoulder.....

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. When a parent dies, there is a huge hole no matter what age you are. There is no amount of reasoning that takes away the pain of the loss of a loved parent. My father passed away in 1987 at 68 and my mother in 2000 at 83. I was 51 years old and I still felt like an orphan. Only my strong belief in Jesus Christ & knowing that God was holding me in His hands makes the pain of grief bearable. My sister in law of 33 years passed away on Feb. 13 at 52 years old from Cancer. We knew she was dying, but it doesn't make the pain any less.

Jif, I'm a little late with my condolences, but was so sorry to read of your mother's passing. My family went through the same thing this past October and it was truly a blessing to end their pain and suffering. From our own experience, we sometimes hurt more than they did because we remembered how they use to be not what they had become. Bless you and your family.
