Ideas for cramming those veggies in?

  • I like to snack on fruits and veggies. I especially like those frozen boxes of veggies you can steam in your microwave. Each box has about two servings in it, and they're pretty good!

    I also keep a ziplock bag of either baby carrots or cut up apples with me when I go out to snack on.

    And I also love those Progresso zero-point soups. I don't know how many servings of veggies are in each serving of soup, but they're good!!
  • If you're afraid of veggies going bad, just wash and cut them and put them in the freezer. That way, you have them prepared for cooking, and they're frozen when they're to your liking. I do this with peppers, especially, because they can get a bit expensive. My freezer has loads of peppers cut in different ways for different things.
    I personally love veggies, but "forget" to eat them! I can only eat so many salads, right?
