I don't usually buy food to binge on, but when I do have a bingeing session...anything in the house will do as long as it is fatty or sugar loaded...I never feel like bingeing on apples strangely

A few times I have managed to stop early binge, put the food away and go and do something else. It feels like I am really depriving myself at first and I still have those guilty feelings even for having an extra bowl of cereal out of my plan. But I am getting better...the stopping early binge has all been happening recently and I am not beating myself up so much because I immediately go and either work out or do it first thing the next day so I feel better about the whole thing.
Not an ideal way to live but I feel as though I am in rehab and I am getting there, slowly but surely.
