: a loss is a loss - and the scale moved in the direction you wanted it to go!
- not sure what's going on exactly - but just keep your chin up - and remember that feeling bad for yourself is ok - and a pig out once in awhile won't kill you... but food isn't going to fix the problem. Stick with it girl!!! 

I'm trying to do the same today and for the rest of the week.

I'm awaitng TOM's inevitable arrival (which BTW - ruins my goals for far less time then a pregnancy does
) Which is also why the cravings have kicked in. I only crave Chinese food during the week before TOM. - which I caved and ate yesterday. Luckily I ate the one lunch meal I bought for both Lunch and dinner... so I only a 1 bazillion calories instead of 2.
