  • To keep you all up to date on my eating out situation... I lost only .2 pounds this week. I was actually really happy that I didn't gain! There were a few nights that I joined the group and had a beer, but I still managed to stay within my points. I did use all my flex points for the week, but that is what they are there for right?
  • Yep, that is what they're there for! It's great that you were still able to see a loss even though you ate all your flex points, the system definitely works!!
