To keep you all up to date on my eating out situation... I lost only .2 pounds this week. I was actually really happy that I didn't gain! There were a few nights that I joined the group and had a beer, but I still managed to stay within my points. I did use all my flex points for the week, but that is what they are there for right?
Yep, that is what they're there for! It's great that you were still able to see a loss even though you ate all your flex points, the system definitely works!!
