    I've been lurking on this thread for a while, but I've been way too busy to try to commit to an exercise routine. But now that I have a month off of work, and finals are over... I'm ready for a challenge!

    So, here is what I'm able to commit to, and I'm more comfortable working with number of miles than minutes, I hop that's ok!

    From Today (December 10th) - December 31st:
    Run/jog/walk 30 miles
    9 firm videos
    3 hikes

  • I would like to do 200 min worth of cardio a week

    I am 29 years old ... height is 5'3" ... 130 lbs today ... my ideal weight would be 115 lbs .... so that means 15 pounds i know i can do it .... so i am just aiming for 10 lbs till 7th jan ...

    17 MONDAY`` will try to walk / be active at least 20 min
    ( didnt do much slept, had tea (without milk / sugar ), 4cl ementines (small oranges) 3 glass of water: tea with sugar 1ts, yoplaint low fat yougourt, very minimal chinese noodles ( GOOD GOOD I JUST WEIGHED MYSELF AND THE MACHINE SHOWED 128 LBS ... ~~~~ SAME MACHINE ~~~~ MAYBE I AM JUST LOOSING WATER ... COOL 2LBS

    successfully resisted icee n ice cream when my kids were eating ...

    18 I must be doing something right ... weighed myself 126.5 lbs .... plan to continue avoiding calories ....
    had 3 oranges, 1 cup tea with slight sugar n milk. fried rice (NOT GOOD) will try to compensate it!

  • Well, I was doing VERY well back in September..and then I got really sick with mono and a viral infection at the same time. Needless to say, I lost all motivation and gained everything (plus some) back. Now is the time to get back on track!

    Goal: 500 minutes cardio, 1600 calories/day
