  • I alternate during the week between a "slim down" (target brand ultra shake) or RFPB on ww lite toast with the banana. On the weekends I will usually do eggs with an english muffin or ww lite toast. For mid morning snack I'll do cheese or yogurt.
  • I buy the waffles, Dan. They are Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Whole Wheat.
