  • Wow I am so sorry that's happened. I would want to use hubby as a punching bag too. I think the above poster NottheCheat had a brilliant insightful response about emotional eating when you're upset, mad etc.. It just really struck a chord with me when I read that! I know I sure feel like it's not "nice" to be mad or upset and I either stew and obsess about whatever it is or eat.

    As I said, I hate to exercise, but in a previous effort to lose weight, I took a boxing class and I LOVED IT. It was so fun, I felt so strong and healthy even though I wasn't strong or healthy. It didn't seem like exercise. And it was great to get out frustration!
