Cat, ... So, tell us more about the roomba--does it take forever to clean a room? With the pet hair (my house is the same), do you have to empty it before it finishes a room? Do you think it only works in some kinds of rooms (i.e. ones that have a door to close them off)?
So far it looks like it probably takes longer to clean a room than a regular vac..it goes over it like 5 times...but who cares if it's doing the work for you?Originally Posted by beachgal

This morning I ran it in my sunroom/library/computer room which is pretty large..long room. It stopped about 1/2 through cause it was full of dog hair and dirt...I emptied it and up it started again. As far as doors, there are little battery operated things you can put by the doors to keep it from leaving a room. I didn't have any "D" battaries, so I just closed the doors to the room to keep it in that one room. I can't wait to get home from school and start playing again. The model I got has a thing where you can set it to start all by itself with a timer when you are not home...like starting a coffee maker. too cool. I guess once the newness wears off I'll try that...too much fun to watch now!

thoughts & prayers continue to be with you.
Ate OP all day but never really got a chance to eat much. I'll have to REALLY keep it under control tonight so I don't overeat.
