I didn't do my lifting yesterday but today I am deffinatly gonna do it. I can see a deffinate change in my overall body and have lost two more pounds! Go veggies! Anyway just wanted to tell the good news. After a month of gaining I am so thrilled to be a big looser again.
i did'nt do the hot water for a few days but am bak to it as well. I did forget to get honey and lemons at the store so I'll have to make sure I get mine at work.
KBG that sounds so good with the squash. If you don't have salad ressing try some olive or canola oil with some vinegar. Add some spices like dill, rosemary or savory and of course garlic. Should be prety tasty and still healthy. I think I'll do that tonight myself!
Are you afraid to loose? Check out the Afaid to loose tread in the support area. It is prety interesting and sure made me think. Sometimes we are not aware of things going on in the back of our minds that could be inhibiting our weight loss.
So stay away from the scale for a while if you must. Just stick to the plan. Loose that weight baby! Well do it togather!
