I am in a major shed right now. BIG TIME. I have lost 30 pounds with low-er carb eating. I have tried to stay between 1200 and 1600 cals. I was taking biotin but then left them somewhere and didn't replace them. I now am taking 5000mcg but have not seen ANY change in loss factor. In fact I went for a hair cut and it stunned the hairstylist. His hair restoration specialist tried to sell me a 500 dollar hair laser thing. ??
I am hopeful that this is just my body adjusting but wowowowow is it unpleasant and scary.
