I'm in. I had about 10 completely OP days in August, and about 12 in September, so I'm shooting for 15 in October.
Food: 1900 calories
Water: Drink all day and do not let myself get thirsty. I know that's vague, but it works for me!
Exercise: I'm shooting for 20 min/day, but as long as I get some exercise that isn't incidental, I'll give myself credit for exercising for the day.

but it was for water and I know I haven't been drinking enough, I forgot to count calories. How do you FORGET to count calories?
