    Well I am not setting a goal apart from saying that I WILL exercise every day. How much I manage depends on how much time I have and how I am feeling etc, but I will exercise daily no matter what. Today I have done a couple of exercise DVDs, my Gazelle, and my exercise bike..so....

    Personal Total: 100

    Group Total: 145
  • Good Morning everyone,

    I will set my October goal at 1200. I surpassed my September goal by way more than I thought possible just walking so now that I can do other exercises hopefully I will have the energy to do them. Good luck everyone.

  • I know I could have made 1400 without the move stuff last month, so that is what I am setting my goal for in October. I started by doing an hour on the elliptical.

    The group total is now 205 + 60 = 265
  • guys! I just realized that throughout the whole month of September, my siggy said the minutes were AUGUST! Did no one else notice, too? Or were you just being polite?

    60 min yoga tonight! It's always fun to guess where I'll be sore on Wednesday after yoga on Monday...

    I'm in for 500 minutes this month since I made my goal last month + some.

    Today was major shopping day and I did about 120min. of actual walking.




    Group total ~ 325 + 120 = 445

    Personal Total=30

    Group Total: 545 + 35 = 580
  • 33 minutes of walking yesterday to start October.

    Group total: 580 + 33 = 613
  • 60 min aquacise class at my new gym!

    Group Total~ 613 + 60 = 673

    Personal Total = 60/800
  • 35 minutes on the treadmill 35/1000

    Group Total ~ 673 + 35 = 708
  • I did a bunch of yard work to get it all ready for the snow.

    Personal Goal: 120/900

    Group Total: 120 + 708 = 828
  • Even though I got out of work really late I went to the gym anyway so:
    60/900 personal goal
    Group total : 828+60= 888
  • 60 minutes of walking yesterday and 45 minutes of racquetball for today!

    Personal: 45 + 105 = 150/1250

    Group: 888 + 105 = 993
