    Thanks for clarifying--I didn't see anything that specifed to do anything like that in the instructions, so I just followed the ones that were there!

  • I did 75 min of cardio kickboxing / abs tonight! So...

    -1 - 70 = -71

    Guess we need a new destination--we're building up frequent flyer miles!
