  • I'm in. 1900 calories, at least 20 minutes exercise, at least 30 oz. water.

    I only got 4s about 9 or 10 days last month, so although of course I'd like to be perfect every day, my goal is to shoot for 20 4-star days.

  • I haven't done one of these in a long time. I've been maintaining while training for my race, but that's over as of today, so I'm back to losing weight this month!
