  • I'd love to jump in! Yesterday I did 30 min. of Turbo Jam's Cardio Party and 30 min. of Ab Jam. Today I plan on doing 1 hour of Kathy Smith's Full Body Circuit. All of my workouts (most of them) are from beachbody. TJ and Kathy Smith. Nice to meet you all!

    Today, since I took the day off I did 2 5K's...the one this morning was 60 minutes, this afternoon was 51 minutes.

    Well I just finished doing 62 minutes on my for 4 miles! That is the most I have done so far at one time on it! Seems to be working just fine, I am really happy with it!

  • Can't remember the last time I posted, lol. I have exercised everyday this week though. Thursday mowed the front and back yard for my exercise...about 1 hour and 10-15 minutes. Friday and today a 3 mile walk at the park and going to ride my bike later...will post that Monday. Sunday I take as a free day but may do something. If I do I will post that as well.

  • 25 min dumbells, 30 min exercise bike, plus some walking. Oh the guilt, I took four days off from exercising, and one night I drank beer. I've been on such a roll getting in shape and eating right. Back to work.
  • 64 minutes total on the treadmill today - running 3.25 miles. Walked 25 minutes at 3.5mph.

    Hi Everyone!
    I am new to this site as well as this forum. I am NOT a big exercise fan, never have been. Last year, I lost about 20 pounds wokring out every day for about an hour. However, the second I fell of the exercise bandwagon I gained it all back. SO, I'm getting back into the swing again....at least trying to. I did a 3 mile walk today which was good. I feel silly asking this, but can someone tell me what the WATP video is? I don't know what the WATP stand for. Anyways, I am hoping that this forum can help keep me motivated!! I appreciate all wise words of wisdom and encouragement and promise to return the favor! Hope you all have a great night!
